Founded in 2023, MoneyTeam Athletics is Cobb County's premier youth 7-on-7 football program. We're building the next generation of athletes, leaders, and champions — on and off the field.
Our Mission
To promote youth development, physical fitness, sportsmanship, and character building through organized 7-on-7 football programs for youth in the Marietta, Georgia and Cobb County communities. We provide a safe, structured, and inclusive athletic environment where young athletes develop football skills, teamwork, discipline, leadership, and character through competitive play.

To be the premier youth 7-on-7 football organization in Georgia, recognized not just for competitive excellence but for the quality of young people we develop. We envision a pipeline of athletes who carry discipline, teamwork, and leadership into their schools, communities, and futures.
Why 7-on-7 Football?
7-on-7 football is a non-contact, passing-focused format that has become one of the fastest-growing youth sports in America. It emphasizes the skills that translate directly to success at every level of football: route running, passing accuracy, defensive coverage, football IQ, and team coordination.
For families, the non-contact format significantly reduces injury risk while still providing the competitive, team-based athletic experience that builds character and discipline. For athletes, 7-on-7 develops the mental and physical skills that coaches look for at the high school and college level.

Every MoneyTeam Athletics coach is a volunteer who gives their time because they believe in developing young athletes. All coaches undergo criminal background checks, complete coaching orientation, and sign our Code of Conduct.

Our Story
MoneyTeam Athletics was founded in 2023 in Marietta, Georgia with a simple belief: every young athlete in Cobb County deserves access to high-quality, competitive football in a safe and structured environment.
What started as a vision has grown into one of the most respected youth 7-on-7 programs in the state, with 8 teams spanning age groups from 9U to 18U and a growing reputation as the #1 upcoming program in Georgia.
As we formalize as a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization, our commitment deepens: 100% volunteer coaches, no child turned away due to cost, and every dollar invested going directly into youth programming. This is more than football — it's about building the next generation of leaders in our community.
